This Privacy informative is intended to describe the management methods of the website www.ifap.it with reference to the processing of personal data of visitors consulting the same, in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Code relating to personal data protection.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal information voluntarily provided to I.F.A.P. S.P.A., will be treated by the latter adopting the appropriate measures to ensure security and confidentiality, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. The holder of their processing is I.F.A.P. S.P.A. , with headquarters in via Mazzini, 10 - Palmanova (UD).
The data collected will be used by the staff in charge of processing, only to provide services requested by customers, provide support and send any communications. No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or diffused.
Data provided by users who request contact and information will be taken, prior to express request, only for the purpose of carrying out the request or responding to the contact and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific safety measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in this website implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, needed to answer his/her requests, and of any other personal data entered in the letter. Besides what is specified below in relation to web surfing data, the user is free to provide personal data requested in the forms. Failure to provide the latter can involve the impossibility to obtain what requested.
The purposes of individual processings are indicated time by time in the single application form. For example, for requests for information the aim is sending the information requested; in these cases sending the request represents an implicit consent to processing.

Web surfing data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in notation URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the request time, the method used in submitting the request to the server and other details relating to the communication protocol, to the operating system and to the user's computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on website usage and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website.

Cookies
The website page code does not contemplate the creation of cookies, neither to monitor users' surfing nor for temporary storage of sensitive data for automatic authentication, session tracking and storage of specific information.

Interested parties' rights
The individuals to whom the personal data refer have the following rights:

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
    1. of the origin of the personal data;
    2. of the purposes and processing methods;
    3. of the logic applied in case of processing performed with the aid of electronic tools;
    4. of the identification data of the holder, the persons responsible and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. of the persons or categories of individuals to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come to know it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as persons responsible or in charge.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. the update, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    2. the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of law, including those of which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or diffused, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.
  4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
    1. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling materials or for carrying out market surveys or for commercial communication.
