IFAP has introduced an administrative liability discipline of legal persons in its organisation in relation to offences committed in their interest or for their benefit by natural persons who have representative, administrative and management functions of the institutions themselves (so-called senior managers) or by natural persons subjected to the management or supervision of the first (so-called Subordinates).
IFAP adopted the following organisational model, approved on 07/06/2016:
CORPORATE ORGANISATIONAL, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001 AND ART. 30 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 81/2008 AND SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS AND INTEGRATIONS.
The Code of Ethics also stipulates sanctioning mechanisms in order to avoid that behaviour that does not meet the company's values and that, therefore, undermines the interests thereof passes unnoticed.
The offences whose commission may determine the institution's responsibilities include: offences relating to violation of safety regulations and the protection of health and hygiene at work; environmental crimes.
