Cold Pasteurization
IFAP has developed a series of containers that can be used in HPP high-pressure sterilisation systems. Treatment at pressures exceeding 400 MPa at room temperature allows inactivating bacteria, viruses, yeasts, moulds and parasites present in food, thus extending the useful life of products and ensuring food safety.
